Started in early 2025, this blog is my outlet for sharing my academic interests.
About me
I’m a bioinformatics master’s student based in Poznań.
Currently I’m working on extracting structural information from sequence data using a DCA and CNN for a subfamily of ATP Binding Cassette (ABC) transporters (MSc. thesis), and analyzing wheat and barley genomic data (professionally).
CYHR is just my surname scrambled, no special meaning behind it.
